At Modern Posh, our commitment to delivering quality products in a timely manner is paramount. Our standard production timeframe for most products is between 5 to 8 business days. We do not accept international orders. Our trusted shipping partners, including the US Postal Service, DHL, and FedEx (and their affiliates), ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently. We reserve the right to select an alternate shipping method at no additional cost to you to ensure your order is not delayed. Please note, FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. While we strive for accuracy in our delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee carrier timelines. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 4-8 business days post-shipment, depending on the selected shipping method. Delays beyond our control may occur, and we are unable to offer refunds due to carrier delays. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Should your order arrive damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days for a prompt replacement.
